I like to think of myself as a simple person. I love coffee, romantic books, bouquets upon bouquets of flowers, historic architecture, all pets (especially my cat), being outdoors, and binge watching sitcoms. I will immediately become your friend if you quote Parks and Rec, Friends, The Office or New Girl. Taylor Swift pretty much has a soundtrack for my every mood and I always mentally assign songs to match photoshoot vibes. It is my favorite thing ever when I am working with a couple and we are just laughing the entire time. Belly laugh moments are the best moments!
My Journey
Hello, I'm Emma and I am so ecstatic to share my love of photography with y'all! As a junior at Milwaukee Lutheran, I came to the decision that photography was the perfect career path for me. Photography has always been a hobby of mine and I loved the idea of being my own boss. I studied business at Concordia University Wisconsin where I played volleyball and grew my photography portfolio! I graduated in three years and began working my business full time that summer!
This job has really pushed me out of my comfort zone. Photography doesn't just allow me to explore multiple creative avenues but also different facets of myself. Small business owners wear many hats like customer relations, tech design, scheduling, editing etc. I am learning how to manage these roles but also make them my own. My business has grown with me just the same as my photography.

My Philosophy
I've always viewed my photography as visual poetry. The camera pauses time and the beauty of that moment lives forever within a photograph. I want to be a storyteller of emotions. People that embrace every moment, appreciate the details, and love unapologetically are my types of people. I am here to document genuine moments and not posed magazine covers.
